Need to be capable of drywall repair, plumbing, electrical, locks, cabinet installation and other facets of maintenance.
Appliance repair handy.
Need to be organized and neat.
Job duties:
Performing work orders.
Preparing vacant apartments for rental.
Remodel outdated units.
Maintaining building and grounds.
On-call emergency service.
Perform other job projects as assigned.
