Remseal is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager / Field Operations Technician to join our team. We are a joint sealing, striping and property maintenance company for commercial parking lots and facilities. This role will support the Project Manager in overseeing field operations, setting up projects, directing field crews, estimating, and coordinating with clients. 1. Field Operations
o Assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of field projects.
o Coordinate with field crews to ensure efficient operations and high-quality outcomes.
o Set up job sites, including equipment preparation and resource allocation.
2. Client Coordination:
o Communicate with clients to confirm project requirements and schedules.
o Provide updates on project progress and address any concerns promptly.
3. Estimating and Project Setup:
o Conduct site assessments and gather necessary data for project estimates.
o Prepare accurate and detailed estimates in collaboration with the Project Manager.
o Assist in obtaining necessary permits or approvals for project execution.
4. Team Leadership:
o Support and guide field crews to achieve operational excellence.
o Promote a safe and productive work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
o Document project milestones and maintain organized project records.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience/ Other requirements
o Minimum of 2-3 years in construction, field operations, or a related role.
o Experience in joint sealing, striping, or property maintenance is a plus.
o Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
o Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
o Familiarity with construction safety standards and best practices.
o Understanding of joint sealing, striping, and property maintenance processes (preferred).
o Interest in management and career advancement.
o Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
o Background Check required for Level 2 +One Source.
