Mechanic Technician
Sadler Electric Inc. is looking for a full-time mechanic. We are an electrical contractor who specializes in Heavy Highway Infrastructure, Signals & Lighting, as well as Drilled Shaft Construction Projects. Our ideal candidate must be able to work independently, be detail-orientated, highly organized, and motivated to complete assigned tasks in a timely fashion.
Mechanic duties include but are not limited to the following
Service and repair vehicles and equipment
Troubleshoot systems on vehicles and heavy equipment
Maintain and repair service vehicles, equipment, and trailers
Troubleshoot and repair power shift transmissions on heavy equipment
Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems on mobile cranes, heavy equipment, and bucket trucks
Repairing of major components such as engines, transmissions, and differentials, also replacing complete assemblies.
May repair, reline, and adjust brake systems and perform vehicle alignments.
Knowledge Requirements
General knowledge of standard mechanic practices, materials, tools, and equipment.
Ability to diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic malfunctions.
Ability to read manuals and schematics.
Ability to rebuild engines and major driveline components.
Ability to communicate and work as team

Compensation is based on qualifications and experience – starting wages ranging from $22-$30/hour.
