Hiring Now: Garbage and Debris Collection Worker – Weekdays Only
We are currently looking for dependable, physically capable individuals to join our garbage and debris collection crew. This is a full-time position with steady hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and weekly pay ranging from 23 to 25 dollars per hour, based on experience and driver's license type. If you are seeking a reliable, active job with weekends off, this could be a great fit.
The role involves collecting and loading various types of waste and debris onto trucks. You’ll also be responsible for helping keep public and private areas clean by sweeping and clearing away trash. Applicants with a CDL, experience operating skid steers, and trailer hauling abilities are highly preferred.
Job Duties Include:
- Collecting refuse, yard waste, and debris from designated areas
- Loading items such as couches, furniture, clothing, wood, metal, and tires
- Sweeping and cleaning streets, sidewalks, and grounds
- Operating a skid steer and hauling trailers when needed
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
What You Need to Apply:
- Valid driver's license (CDL preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
- Experience operating skid steers and hauling trailers
- Steel-toed boots required
- Must pass a background and basic security check
Job Conditions:
You will be working outdoors year-round, including in rain, snow, or hot weather. This job requires a lot of physical activity, including bending, lifting, shoveling, and walking for extended periods.
