Description We are in search of a Senior Human Resources Manager for our operations in the Food and Food Processing industry, based in Wakefield, Nebraska. As a Senior Human Resources Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the HR function, serving as a bridge between management and employees. Your duties will include enhancing employee relations, driving cultural values, and implementing strategies that align with our business goals.Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective human resource programs, strategies to increase employee satisfaction and improve working conditions Take charge of the HR team to support HR and business initiatives, administering company policies and procedures, as well as union contracts where applicable Provide counseling and dispute resolution regarding employee issues through consultation and investigation with both employees and leaders Design location recruitment strategy in harmony with the company's recruitment strategy to attract and retain individuals with relevant experience Interpret company policies to ensure consistent application and equitable employee relations Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to evaluate, design, and implement employee development programs Audit employee records for completion and accuracy, authorizing changes to employee records when necessary Participate in centralized HR projects that have an impact across the entire company and lead projects within their facilities Drive the effectiveness of human resource programs by developing strategies to improve employee satisfaction, positive employee relations, and working conditions Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Human Resources role Demonstrated ability to ensure compliance in all HR-related matters Proven track record in managing employee relations effectively Knowledge of hiring processes and their implementation Experience with HR systems and HR strategy development Expertise in Human Resources (HR) Administration Familiarity with various human resources software Proficient in regulatory reporting Experience in dispute resolution Proven skills in talent acquisition, setting goals, and working in a manufacturing setting Demonstrated ability in talent development and talent sourcing Ability to handle employee conflicts and manage employee performance Proven track record in designing and implementing effective employee training programsRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
