They are Integrity, Teamwork, Passion for Winning, Ownership & Leadership.SUMMARY OF POSITION:The Manager, IT SAP Treasury will support the configuration, testing, and on-going support for Treasury processes worldwide within Newell Brands’ SAP S/4HANA and ECC environments. In addition, this person will assist in new implementations, special projects, and provide production support services. This person will also assist other IT team members when needed.RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work with worldwide business users to gather and analyze business requirements, configure the system(s), test new functionality, and provide on-going support

Research and document current business processes and provide process improvement recommendations to the business users

Analyze and develop functional specifications and communicate to technical developers in order to deliver the required solutions in the most efficient way

Develop testing scenarios and complete testing for new functionality

Manage and prioritize service desk tickets to meet individual deadlines

Support Global IT team members

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or relevant experience

Minimum of five years in an SAP system in the area of Financials (SAP-FI)

Specific SAP knowledge should be in the Treasury arena including Electronic Bank Statement processing, Cash Management, In House Cash, and Treasury Payments

Accounting knowledge to support process flows of information

An understanding of the integration points with SAP ECC and how specific modules interact with others

Two SAP Treasury implementations, with at least one in an SAP S/4HANA environment

Ability to assist users in solving systems problems and communicate effectively

Ability to create and deliver training documents

Excellent organizational skills

Self-starter and a team player

Strong Excel skill set
