As the Marketing Director for the Randstad Talent Platform, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for our digital talent platform. With a focus on e-commerce principles, you will design campaigns that enhance the platform’s visibility, promote its unique value proposition, and expand its reach among clients and talent. This role requires a data-driven, creative marketer with a strong background in digital marketing, e-commerce, and audience engagement, who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.In this role, you will report to the SVP, Marketing for the North American Market.Randstad has embraced a hybrid work model that balances flexibility with in-person collaboration. You’ll have the option to work remotely up to three days a week, providing a mix of remote flexibility and office engagement.What you get to do:Marketing Strategy and Campaign Development:

Design and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive awareness, engagement, and user adoption of the Randstad Talent Platform.

Develop integrated campaigns that showcase the platform’s benefits to both talent and clients, applying e-commerce best practices to optimize reach and engagement.

User Acquisition and Engagement:

Create targeted acquisition campaigns that drive new user sign-ups, leveraging digital channels, social media, paid search, email marketing, and content marketing.

Collaborate with the sales and customer success teams to design lifecycle marketing strategies that enhance user engagement, retention, and conversion.

E-Commerce and Conversion Optimization:

Apply e-commerce techniques to optimize the marketing funnel, including user journey mapping, conversion rate optimization, and personalized content.

Use A/B testing, data analytics, and customer insights to refine campaign messaging, landing pages, and calls to action, maximizing platform adoption and revenue generation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration and Integration:

Partner with product teams to align marketing efforts with platform features, updates, and user experience enhancements, ensuring cohesive messaging and positioning.

Work closely with the digital marketing, content, and field marketing teams to deliver consistent, impactful campaigns that highlight the platform’s value across touchpoints.

Performance Analysis and Data-Driven Insights:

Define and track KPIs to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts, adjusting strategies based on data insights to meet or exceed targets for user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Analyze user behavior and campaign performance, using insights to continuously improve targeting, messaging, and tactics.

Competitive Analysis and Market Positioning:

Conduct ongoing competitive research and market analysis to position the Randstad Talent Platform as a leader in the talent marketplace.

Identify emerging trends and opportunities in digital talent platforms and e-commerce to refine messaging and stay ahead of competitors.

Team Leadership and Development:

Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and performance.

Guide the team in executing high-impact campaigns, ensuring alignment with the overall strategy and business objectives.

What you need to bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong background in e-commerce, B2B marketing, and/or digital platform marketing.

Proven track record of developing and executing marketing strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.

Experience with e-commerce best practices, including conversion rate optimization, digital user journeys, and data-driven campaign management.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools to measure performance, gather insights, and inform strategic decisions.

Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with multiple departments.

A proactive, results-oriented approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

This job posting is open for 4 weeks.Pay Rate: $180,100.00 - $114,000.00 AnnuallyRandstad offers competitive pay and bonus structures. Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate’s total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s).
