Position:Network solutions is part of Pharmacy BU and has many applications providing various solutions to pharmacies and providers across USA and CanadaWe are in the process of migration legacy applications to Azure and continue executing various initiatives and projects on our product Roadmap that will ultimately support the CVS RFP and a multiyear F6 project that is tied to multi-million in additional revenue. This backfill would be part of that small onshore team for immediate support and avoid risk to customer SLA’s in response time and other deliverables. We have multiple customer enhancements and tech debt we need to complete to scale our application, and other revenue growth opportunities(Note This is not a Web Application developer role)This position requires a C# developer to join our agile team with a sound understanding of coding and development processes. Your focus is on backend C, C#.Net, or the data layer in SQL Server. As needed, you will also be engaged in working on other microservices and APIs. Strong Object-Oriented Programming, Design patterns. Work with other developers, architects, and product owners to support and enhance our network solutions products.Core Responsibilities:
Design, development, unit testing, and bug fixes of features using C, C#
Responsible for regular communication with others involved in the development process using an agile methodology.
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven experience writing Unit Tests and Integration Tests.
Learns and applies system processes, methodologies, and skills for the development of secure, stable code and systems.
Requirements:
3-5 years coding experience in .NET Core, C#,
Experience with SQL Server (i.e. writing complex queries, joins, indexes, triggers, or stored procedures etc.)
Experienced in building scalable backend applications using .NET,
Ability to troubleshoot and analyze problems and come out with solutions. Understand performance tuning in both app and database tiers.
Ability to work independently and as a team player.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior hands-on experience in developing and deploying micro-services solutions on cloud infrastructure.
Hands-on experience in building web applications using ASP.Net, WebAPI, and React.
Experience in DevOps methodology and tools, including artifact/issue tracking in JIRA, CI/CD, Octopus, and Ansible.
Knowledge of Azure cloud concepts.
