Position: Sr. SAP FICO- AP Consultant / SME Location: 50% onsite in Carson City, NV Duration: 11 Months
Description: Solution Profile: Accounts Payable (FI-AP, PTP, STP & MM Integration) Scope of Tasks:
Has strong S/4HANA project experience in SAP Accounts Payable process (FI-AP, Procure-To-Pay (PTP, Source-To-Pay (STP)) Integration, Material Management, Invoicing and Workflow). Has good understanding of other core FI modules.
Supports workshops to gather and define the vendor’s business requirements
Provides support in Accounts Payment configuration tasks such as master data, business transactions, clearing, special GL transactions, correspondence, derivation rules and integration with PTP and MM.
Assists in the AP master data, business partner design for client’s specific requirements
Integration of AP with Source to Pay
Executes data mapping and conversion activities for Accounts Payable.
Assists in developing functional specification documents, supporting developers and testing needs
Contributes to the creation, maintenance, and execution of test scripts for Accounts Payable related business processes and integration scenarios
Supports the testing of year-end closing activities for Accounts Payable.
Is knowledgeable of Accounts Payable integration scenarios relating to Procure-To-Pay, Invoicing Process and Integration with Funds and Grants Managements.
Assists in the planning and execution of the cutover strategy and its related tasks
Familiar with Accounts Payable standard reports and custom analytical queries
Must have 3-5 years of experience in Public Sector projects (preferably state and local governments)
