SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay (Secondary) for one of our clients in

Remote/Carson City, NV

Position: SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay (Secondary) Consultant
Location: Remote/Carson City, NV (50%travel)
Duration: 09 Months plus

Description:

The following skills and implementation knowledge is required in the SF Compensation Management consultant:
Can conduct design workshops for determining how to utilize SF Compensation Management in the following areas:
o Defining, Managing Compensation Plan Templates
o Ability to add planning instructions to worksheets
o Ability to assign rating sources to plan templates
o Ability to define and edit guideline matrices
o Ability to create budget calculations for salary, bonus, stock, option or variable pay
o Define detailed worksheet settings
o Define compensation planners and creating route maps for workflow approval
o Assign route maps to compensation plan templates
o Ability to add eligibility rules
o Configure the relevant settings for date-based pro-ration or importing of pro-rations
o Ability to setup email notifications
o Ability to adapt the display of various features as required
o Ability to setup import tables as needed to satisfy business requirements in the areas of:
Currency conversion tables
Salary pay matrices.
Lookup tables for mapping data to employee-based attributes.
Migrating job code and pay grade mapping tables.
Creating stock value & factor tables.
Creating stock participation guideline tables as needed.
o Ability to setup Job Selector
o Ability to setup budget groups and importing employees to groups and assign them in group assignments in Compensation planning
o Ability to create test user file and import test users
o Ability to setup role-based permissions
o Create test compensation worksheets.
o Be familiar with enabling compensation reports
o Ability to create and manage compensation statement templates
o Update system for completion of the Compensation cycle.
