Greater Nevada Mortgageis currently seeking a Mortgage Branch Manager to join our team in Elko, Nevada.

As our Mortgage Branch Manager, you will be responsible for supervising the GNM office and GNCU branch relationships in Eastern Nevada. The individual in this role will support Mortgage Consultants in this area by providing daily guidance and support to achieve market production, including oversight of daily operations of the Elko office under the direction of the Sales Manager. This person will also assist to recruit for open positions for Mortgage Consultants in Eastern Nevada. Finally, the individual in this role will be expected to originate loans and meet production expectations as per the Compensation and Production Expectations Plan.

Essential Functions of the Job

Effectively demonstrate our vision and purpose as an organization by “Helping More People Live Greater”

Production of quality mortgage loans as defined by the Production Schedule

Train and support mortgage consultants in the areas of: Mortgage product knowledge, State and federal laws, Developing effective relationships with real estate professionals and other business partners, Effective client-based sales and service strategies

Present relevant, timely, market based recommendations to Sales Manager

Identify and recruit Mortgage Consultants for open positions

Preferred Qualifications

Skills

Experience in residential mortgage lending to include familiarity in leading and supporting sales staff

Ability to package an accurate and thorough mortgage loan and communicate effectively with clients and business partners to include support and training of others to accomplish same tasks accordingly

Ability to develop a market sales plan to enhance productivity while maintaining high customer service scores

Effectively serve as liaison for GNM Sales Management in the market to carry out the operational and strategic directives of the company for the market

Bilingual is a plus
