What is the job:
You receive inbound calls from customers looking to book new hotel reservations worldwide. You typically sell between 20% - 43% of the phone calls that you receive. This all depends on your closing skills. Did you provide rebuttals to their objections, did you build rapport, did you sell the sizzle of the free amenities, did you create urgency, etc.
Does this cost me anything:
No, there is no cost to join the company, nor is there any lead cost. The company pays for all the leads and that is what keeps your phone ringing constantly.
How much can I make:
You can make anywhere from $14 - $36 per sale, although the best sale I ever made from one phone call was $750 for three rooms for one week in Aspen, Colorado.
To maximize your income, the best hours to work would be 9am to 12pm and 1pm to 4pm CST Monday through Friday. If you can average 45 calls per hour, and close 20% of them, you can make $14 per sale times 9 sales per hour. I will say that 80% of this job is negative, so if you don't have the ability to brush things off your shoulders, this probably won't be a good fit. If however, you are a beast, this is perfect for you!
You can also make additional commission and/or earn hotel vouchers (for hotel rooms all over the world). Each time you make 4 sales, you get to the "spin the wheel" for additional commission and/or hotel vouchers.
You also have the ability to recruit people and make a 10% override on their production for their first 8 months. You can recruit up to 10 people every month, so this has the potential to really increase your overall commission. Some agents double their commission this way!
What are the hours:
We are open 24/7 and 365 days a year. Your work schedule is completely up to you. You work when you want. You take off when you want. No one is going to tell you when to clock in, when to clock out, when to go to lunch, or when you can take vacation, etc.
Where do I work:
You work from home, or from anywhere in the USA. By the way, this is not a video call with clients, it is just a call with audio (so they don't see you). Therefore, you can wear whatever you want. So there is no commute, you can eat at the house, and there is no uniform. Money saved is money earned!

What do I need:
You need a high speed internet preferably with ethernet, (but wifi works as well), chrome browser and an audio headset/microphone.
When do I start:
When your application is approved, you would attend a training program remotely (at your own leisure) on how to navigate the reservation system, and how to help callers book hotels. Each time that you want to work, you would login to the platform with your user name and password and start receiving phone calls.
When you sign in (any time of the day, 24/7, 365 days a year), you will receive calls from customers looking to make hotel reservations all over the world. You don't need a phone to receive the calls, the call will be delivered through the chrome browser via your internet connection and headset. A laptop and/or desktop computer works perfectly for this role. (An IPAD/tablet or trying to do it from a cell phone will not work for this role).
You would provide your own laptop/desktop computer, your internet and your headset. Those would all be write offs, as you would be a 1099 contractor/self- employed. Consult a CPA for tax write-offs.
When do I get paid:
If you accept a call which results in a hotel booking, you earn a commission based on the booking profit after the guest checks out. You are paid weekly, via check, or direct deposit. As an independent contractor, no benefits are provided. Based on your overall performance, you can expect to make anywhere from $20 - $105 USD per hour. Actual amounts vary depending on your sales performance.
