Description Revenue audit clerk needed for a growing company in the gaming / hospitality industry located in Henderson, Nevada. As a Revenue Audit Clerk, your primary role will involve daily auditing tasks, data entry, and reconciliation activities. Your role will also encompass reviewing and verifying various reports, logs, and supporting documents from different audit areas. The Revenue Audit Clerk must be capable of working 4/10-hour shifts, including weekends, and be willing to obtain Nevada Gaming Registration.Responsibilities: Ensuring compliance with GCB Minimum Internal Controls and internal control requirements. Managing daily audit requirements, including reviewing the accuracy of revenue data for multiple properties. Conducting data entry tasks and tying out reports to ensure accuracy and completeness. Reviewing, documenting, and communicating instances of noncompliance to appropriate management, as well as performing follow-ups on these instances. Creating and maintaining documentation that validates the performance of audit procedures, exceptions noted, and the results of investigations. Assisting in the preparation of various spreadsheets and verifying balances to computerized systems. Undertaking the task of creating and uploading journal entries. Supporting and promoting the company-wide culture.
