EchoPark Automotive is looking for an Assistant Recon Manager to join our team at our dealership in Henderson NV. The Assistant Recon Coach is responsible for delivering an outstanding employment experience - coaching, assisting, and supporting the reconditioning teammates to perform their tasks to the best of their abilities. Our Assistant Recon Coach's priority is to support their teams in delivering vehicles reconditioned within our quality and time standards. Our business model requires complete accounting of the internal and sublet repairs performed on the vehicles so proper RO management is a must. To build the brand, the Assistant Recon Coach champions our business model and embodies the vision to be among the greatest retailers in the country. To manage the business, the Assistant Recon Coach is accountable for achieving the desired targets for volume, quality and time standards, guest satisfaction, profitability, market share, and brand identity.What You Will Do:Maintain stocking levelsProvide inventory fulfillment to outlying storesTrigger and execute arbitration and transportation claimsManage wholesale units to include a weekly log for visibilityProvide feedback and analysis to purchasing teamConduct lot merchandisingDeliver ongoing quality assurance for on-lot vehiclesReporting when needed and as appropriateWhat We're Looking For:Automotive industry experienceHave a general knowledge of vehicle mechanical operationsStrong computer knowledge including spreadsheets, word processing, data entry, inventory systemsStrong math, analytical and problem-solving skills requiredProven ability to prioritize multiple tasks and follow up consistentlyStrong oral and written communication skillsAbility to take ownership of the details – large and smallDecision-making that demonstrates good judgmentWhat We Offer:$60-80k base salary plus monthly bonus potentialHealth, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401K with company matchPaid time offAccess to leadership and personal development programsCasual dress code
