Title: REMOTE EPIC WILLOW SUPPORT ANALYSTLocation: United StatesJob Number: 19205837 CTG is looking for a licensed Pharmacist PT-remote to Provide Epic Willow application support (work tickets, service/change request, routine maintenance), while client focuses on important initiatives. Will also include build support for upgrades. Must be on site for knowledge transfer ( 1-3 weeks) at the start of project and 1 week at the end. The rest of the contract will be remote for 6 months. No on call responsibility
Epic Willow Certification required. Experience support person needed
Licensed pharmacist - does not have to be licensed in Texas just have a current license
Users and Security (SER, ECL, EMP) Updates
Issue resolution - must document fully in ticketing system
Interface error log
Billing error workqueues
Documented Willow processes (e.g. ERX build checklist, NDC build, dispensing workflows by pharmacy, Orderset restricted meds)
Data Courier Moves to TST and SUP
Data Courier Moves to PRD
Peer Review / Build Testing Prior to Data Courier Move(s)
HCPCS / JCODE updates
Charging
LPF lists (not owned by ASAP, Ambulatory, Optime, Anesthesia)
ED Boarder Workflow

Reporting Workbench Report (HRX) Creation
