Construction Company looking for part time Accounting Assistant.
This individual will be responsible for the following duties:
Assist with Data entry into excel spreadsheets.
Respond to incoming calls with excellent customer service.
Assist with inputting budgets into Foundations Software.
Filing
Provide support to the accounting team.
Enter budgets into Foundation Software
Job Costing and Job Costing allocation
Basic Requirements:
Advance Excel knowledge.
Some experience supporting an accounting department.
Strong Organization and Attention to Detail Skills.
20-25 hours a week
Flexible Schedule
Pay: $20.00 to $25.00 DOE
