Responsibilities for Qualified candidates must be able to:
Process checks and distribute to vendors
Be point of contact for vendors
Utilize Excel to maintain tracking reports
Analyze utility usage month to month
Prepare reports
Basic Qualifications:
Five (5) years of prior work experience
Accounting degree preferred
Data Entry skills
Experience with manual ledger sheets
10 Key by touch
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in basic Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word)
