Front Desk Duties:
Greet visitors, answer phones, receive warehouse deliveries, provide administrative support to office, receive and distribute mail, paper and electronic filing, maintain supply of company forms, scanning and copying as needed, assist new hires with completing applications, scan applications to payroll, print weekly timecards for field workers, distribute paychecks weekly, maintain OSHA card file.
Customer Service Duties:
Assist CS team to monitor emails from builders, schedule repair techs, print work orders and PO's daily, scan completed documents, follow up on PO's and forward completed paperwork to accounting for billing, upload copies for electronic filing.
Requirements:
English/Spanish
Good communication skills, written and verbal

Construction experience is a plus, but not necessary
