Job details:
We are seeking a detailed-oriented data entry person for our Purchasing Department.

Duties include but are not limited to the following:
Input and print Purchase Orders for multiple properties in multiple states
Attain approval, fax and scan purchase orders to multiple properties
Obtain receivers, match to purchase orders
Open and date stamp mail
Compile Invoices, Purchase Orders and Receivers
Input Invoices into MAS for payment
Track and update usage on Excel spreadsheets
Basic Qualifications:
Five (5) years of prior work experience
High School diploma or GED required
Data Entry skills
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of basic Microsoft programs (Excel, Word)
Knowledge of purchasing procedures
