We are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper/Office Manager to maintain and reconcile our financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts and payments. You will also calculate and process payroll for about 25 employees. Other duties include working closely with the team to create and analyze financial reports and ensure legal requirements compliance, process accounts payable and receivables, manage invoices, tax payments and lease payments. Our ideal candidate holds an Accounting degree and is familiar with accounting software packages, like Quickbooks Desktop, Melio, Trello, Excel and Google sheets. Ultimately, the Bookkeeper’s responsibilities are to accurately record and track all day-to-day financial transactions of our company. Some of the tasks are deadline driven. Responsibilities
Record day to day financial transactions including AR,AP
Payroll
Generate monthly& qtrly reports and reconcile all bank account, merchant account and credit card accounts
New Hire onboarding
Complete Sales tax filings monthly for NV and CA
Complete other tax/business related filings
Manage/Ship website orders
YE tax preparation for CPA.
SKILLS
Proven bookkeeping experience
Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounts payable/receivable principles
Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software
Proficiency in English and in MS Word/Excel
Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Must be highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks independently
BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
