We are design, manufacture, Install & Dismantle custom booths, booth rental in Las Vegas, Orlando and Houston.
We are looking for Part time Bookkeeper/Accountant
Responsibilities:
● Process orders and record payments
● Record daily Bookkeeping entries
● Record all financial transactions in the accounting system and ensure accuracy
● Reconcile and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
● Process and reconcile payroll transactions
● Process and Reconcile shipping invoices
● Prepare and file sale tax returns
● Manage inventory and maintain accurate records
● Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
● Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting
● Prepare financial statements and reports for management
● Other miscellaneous tasks as necessary
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
● 3 years of experience in accounting or related field
● Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
● Familiarity with accounting software and systems
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
● Attention to detail and accuracy
● Ability to work independently and in a team environment
● Experience with software such as Google Docs, MS Office (especially Excel)
Working time: 3days/week or 24hours/week
You set the hours (from 9am to 5pm)
Rate: $25-$30hours
