Established, thriving online B2B distributor seeks a full-time Business Operations Specialist to support the business development, purchasing, sales, & IT departments. The right candidate will work in a critical, visible role while liaising between the company, its customers, and its vendors. This position involves managing and updating price lists and other product data across hundreds of vendors and thousands of items. Your qualifications should include:
Demonstrable proficiency in advanced data processing with Excel (required)
Highly competent, meticulous, and responsive to urgency with an eye for detail & accuracy
Experience working with ERPs, CRMs, and other business tools (NetSuite & BigCommerce preferred)
Strong technical skills & fluency in business intelligence, processes, relationships, and technology
B2B Distribution, Wholesale Operations, Project Management, or Relationship Management experience a plus
Purchasing, Sales, Accounting, or Finance knowledge a plus
Communication & teamwork skills tested in a collaborative, busy work environment
