Local Commercial General Contractor is seeking a responsible, professional, reliable, positive individual who can manage a multitasking position. The position has two aspects in which the individual will assist the owners of the business in project management by coordinating each ongoing project from start to finish. Second side of the position requires solid experience in quickbooks, excel spreadsheets, etc. obviously spreadsheets will be continuously used for the management of the projects and the company uses quickbooks in which the individual we hire will be responsible for data entry, billings, A/P, A/R, checks, etc.
