We’re a locally owned and operated construction company in Las Vegas, looking for a motivated, reliable, and well-spoken individual to help us grow our client base.
This is a commission-only role (10% per closed job), ideal for someone confident in customer service or sales—whether it’s door-to-door outreach or cold calling from home. You’ll be helping homeowners, builders, and property managers learn about our metalwork services, including custom gates, staircases, railings, and more.
Pay Structure:
10% commission on every job you help close (average job value ranges from $3,000–$10,000+)
Daily bonus opportunities for motivated reps who bring in strong leads
Occasional flat daily rate for canvassing, depending on performance
Flexible hours – great for side income or building your sales skills
Weekly pay option available for closed deals

What You’ll Be Doing:
Canvassing door-to-door in select neighborhoods OR making cold calls from home
Promoting our services using photos and marketing material provided
Collecting lead information and passing it along for follow-up
Representing a high-quality, reputable brand with real results
You Must:
Be professional, respectful, and have strong communication skills
Be dependable and able to follow instructions
Have reliable transportation if canvassing in person
Be comfortable speaking with homeowners or contractors
Have a phone and basic email/texting ability
Bonus if you have:
Customer service or sales experience
Experience in home services, construction, or metalwork industries
Bilingual skills (Spanish/English)
Drive to grow with a company long-term
