Experienced Customer Account Manager
We are looking to add a Customer Account Manager to assist with the demands of a growing company. We are willing to train the right candidate based on their experience and attitude. We view this position as the first step towards a long term career with our company. Our ideal candidate must have a high energy positive attitude. Examples of our customers – LG Electronics, Thule, Jabra, Zyxel, etc. We develop great long term relationships with our customers.

Must have strong prioritization, a sense of urgency, and display excellent verbal and written communication. Interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport, build solid relationships with a wide variety of customers are critical.
Specific qualifications for the role include:
1+ years proven inside sales/customer service experience.
Excellent Organizational Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including English grammar
Ability and desire to learn new systems and processes quickly
Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
Knowledge of the high tech industry is a plus
