Presently, the company is comprised of multiple self-storage locations in California and Nevada. Required Skills and Experience:
Customer service, works effectively in a minimally supervised environment.
Looking for someone who works well with others and has solid work ethic.
Effective communication skills.
Must have valid driver license and transportation.
Job Description:
Duties include (but are not limited to):
Excellent customer service
Answer inquiries by phone and email
Schedule appointments for new rentals
Provide tours of facility
Process payments
Prepare and sign rental agreements and complete all necessary paperwork
Follow up with prospects
