What You’ll Do:
✅ Call warm leads & assess case eligibility; keep accurate notes in the system
✅ Provide information & gather intake details; collect digital retainer agreements
✅ Transfer qualified cases to Senior Representatives to verify information
✅ Maintain accuracy & professionalism in handling sensitive information
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in intake, sales, or call center roles. Strong communication, attention to detail, and customer service skills are required. Sales experience is a plus.
