- Must be able to work full-time M-F 9AM-5PM and have reliable transportation
- Reliability, organization, and attention to detail required
- Strong communication skills including written, verbal, and listening required
- Ability to multi-task and time management skills required
- Previous experience in customer service a plus
- Job requires moderate computer skills, communicating via email, using business systems (CRM) and Microsoft Office programs
- Experience on the phone speaking with customers a plus
Responsibilities include answering incoming customer calls and responding to basic customer inquiries. As training progresses additional responsibilities will be added.
