Job Purpose:
Serve customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems. Serves customers by selling products; meeting customer needs. Enter customer information using Quickbooks for daily orders. process daily orders for shipping via USPS and FedEx.
Job Duties:
Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
Services existing accounts obtain orders and establish new accounts.
Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
General Office duties and some light assembly may be required at times. Duties may include cleaning/organizing, counting small parts, and/or gluing parts together for assembly.
