- Make outbound calls, answer incoming calls, register equipment, pulling permits, filing paperwork, etc.
- Pay will start at $15 an hour, plus further incentives.
3 Years of office experience is preferred but NOT mandatory
- Basic computer skills/knowledge with Excel, Word, Google Docs, etc.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize computer skills to manage data entry and maintain accurate customer records.
- Communicate effectively over the phone, demonstrating strong phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and efficiency
