Smile Dental Services is looking for an individual with exceptional customer service skills to assist our patients as a Patient Services Representative (PSR).
A Patient Services Representative is responsible for contacting patients for recall and scheduling and confirming appointments; registering new patients and preparing patient records; and communicating necessary information to assist patients with their appointments. The PSR may also be asked to assist with general office duties. This is a full-time position at 32 hours per week.

To qualify for this position, a candidate must have a background in dental care and understand dental terminology. You need to know how dental HMO and PPO plans operate and have experience verifying patient eligibility for dental insurance. The selected candidate will be a high-energy individual who possesses a positive and friendly attitude and has excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish. Computer literacy is an important part of this position.
