Seeking Office Assistant/ Front Desk for Property Management
-Greet clients entering the office in a courteous manner
- Answer incoming call, taking messages
- Taking Service call, processing and following up service call
-Taking tenant payments
- Front Desk experience a plus
-Exceptional Organizational and Communications skills a Must
-Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office (Excel)
-Must be able to work efficiently
-Critical thinking skills to assist in problem solving
-Independent work skills and ability to work under pressure
-Punctuality, reliability, organization and the ability to multitask
-Good written communication skills
-Strong in filing, organizing documents and photos on system
- Computer Savvy
