Customer Service Representative - State Farm – Entry level position NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED: Start a career in the Insurance Industry - You will grow and learn at our agency through mentoring and training with a great team, and by taking excellent care of our customers. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist policy holders and follow up with them as needed.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding
insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Take great care of our customers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bilingual Spanish Required
Ability to pass a Nevada Property & Casualty License
Experiencing in customer service preferred
Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
