As a Civil Engineer, you will be expected to perform design tasks and major design issues and manage multiple disparate projects with minimal supervisory input.
Key Responsibilities
Acting as the central design figure on a team by designing the layout of:
Rough and precise grading and drainage plans
Public, offsite, and street improvement plans
Underground utility plans to include to include water and sewer design
Preparing technical reports including hydrology and hydraulics, earthwork, sewer capacity, water demand, etc.
Involvement in the preliminary DD and CD phase, completing due diligence, feasibility studies, and entitlements
Providing construction support through site visits, project coordination, and responding to RFI’s
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Civil Engineering or related field from an accredited four year college or university
P.E., or ability to obtain within 6 months, will consider E.I.T, Or Senior Designer with experience
Minimum 5 -7years of land development experience
At least two years Land Development experience in the Las Vegas Valley
Proficiency in Civil 3D, Autocad, and/or LDD software
