The role of the baker is to assist in preparing bakery items to recipe standards, as well as complete daily tasks as assigned. Role and Responsibilities: (Includes but is not limited to the following)Physically prepare, cook, bake, and dish up bakery items going into freezers and walk in boxes standing for hours at a station.
