We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Call Center Agent will be the first point of contact for customers, and will play a key role in building strong relationships with clients and maintaining a positive brand image.Key Responsibilities:Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.Provide information about products and services, and help customers with product/service-related inquiries.Assist with troubleshooting technical issues and guide customers through solutions.Upsell or cross-sell additional services or products as appropriate to meet customer needs.Maintain a high level of product knowledge to better assist customers.Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and sales targets.Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.Continuously strive to improve customer service and contribute to team success.
