Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Client Solutions Manager in the technology sector, located in Las Vegas, Nevada. This role involves business development, sales, customer service, and account management. It is a key position that requires managing client relationships, devising marketing strategies, and conducting business meetings both virtually and in-person.Responsibilities: Establish and nurture relationships with clients to secure ongoing needs Develop and implement digital and email marketing campaigns for business development Leverage existing relationships and prospect new clients through various channels such as LinkedIn, proprietary databases, and networking groups Conduct virtual and in-person client meetings to understand their needs and offer solutions Manage client accounts, ensuring they are serviced appropriately and efficiently Negotiate and set up contractual agreements with clients Oversee the coordination of interview and placement activities in collaboration with talent managers and recruiters Keep clients informed about current national and local market trends related to employment conditions and technical salary ranges Use skills in B2B Sales, Cold Calling, and Account Management to drive business growth Qualify client job orders and devise plans for placement. Requirements Proficient in B2B sales with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Experienced in cold calling and comfortable with making unsolicited calls to potential clients. Exceptional account management skills with a focus on maintaining long-term relationships with clients. Ability to identify, develop, and implement solutions tailored to clients' needs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with clients and internal teams. Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple accounts simultaneously. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools. Knowledge of market trends and the ability to stay abreast of industry changes.
