The Coordinator works closely with the department to run the day-to-day operations. This includes but is not limited to; processing distribution, change log, attending daily event order meetings and creating sign-in sheets.Job Responsibilities:The Coordinator is responsible answering phones professionally.Is responsible for confirming appointments.The Coordinator is to expeditiously handle visitors.Will focus on maintaining the cleanliness of the office area.Assists director and managers with all tasks, including scheduling, typing, filing, photocopying, distributing, ordering and closing checks in our current POS system.Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
