The Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is a strategic finance leader responsible for enterprise-level financial planning, forecasting, and performance management across assigned business units. This role partners closely with executive leadership and operating department heads to deliver forward-looking financial insights, identify risks and opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making aligned with organizational objectives.Essential ResponsibilitiesLead annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning processes across assigned business areas.Serve as a strategic finance partner to senior leadership and operating executives, providing clear financial insights and recommendations.Perform detailed variance analysis, scenario modeling, and sensitivity analysis to support decision-making.Evaluate capital investments, including ROI, payback, and post-implementation performance.Develop and present executive-ready financial analyses, dashboards, and materials for leadership and governance forums.Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of financial data, assumptions, and models.Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, systems, reporting, and automation.Lead, mentor, and develop FP&A managers and analysts, establishing best-in-class analytical and reporting standards.
