Assist in initial training, certification and recertification of all full time, new hire and contingent workers in the proper procedures for all Distribution Specialist positions in the Distribution Center to ensure order/inventory accuracy standards are met and maintained.Document findings and provide feedback to the area Coach regarding concerns.Provide input regarding performance on new hires for purposes of determining the retention of the full time or contingent workers employmentRequired to stay current on all changes in processes regarding production jobs in Shipping, Picking, and Receiving.Assist in gathering information and/or auditing written training documentation (SOP) for accuracy. Assist in auditing SOP documentation annually or as process improvements are made.Support and participate in all facility programs such as Quality Audit, PFP, IQ Club, Housekeeping, Hazard Hunter and Safety.Support facility metrics such as Inventory Accuracy, Order Accuracy, LPH, CPH, Quality and SafetyRequired to work flexible schedule when training associates across shifts.Communicate associate concerns and suggestions to Management.
