Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report issues to management.
Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety regulations and company policies.

Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Perform routine preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
