Team members play a key role in delivering high-quality care, supporting advanced dental procedures, and contributing to an environment that prioritizes both patient satisfaction and professional growth.Joining Wagner Dental means becoming part of a supportive, skilled team where your expertise is valued, your skills can grow, and your work has a meaningful impact on patients’ confidence and oral health.Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday 7am - 5pm and Friday 7am - 1pmPlease note the Front Office Assistants are working an 8hr shift between 7am - 5pm with Friday's being a short day each weekQualifications:2 years prior Dental Office experienced requiredPrior working experience with Eaglesoft preferredCompensation Range: $20 - $23 per hour based on experience Our dental front office associates are the heart of our practice – they are the first and last impressions to be made on our patients. Our front office team plays an essential role in helping the operations of the office run smoothly and delivering best in class patient care.Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain productive schedules for our doctors and hygienistsVerify insurance coverage and fee schedules while completing full insurance breakdowns for patientsComplete pre-authorizations and referrals as appropriate for patients; gather all necessary information for claim processingCoordinate financial agreements and consent forms for the patient's financial responsibility of dental treatmentAssist patients with understanding their treatment plan and increase dental case acceptanceAssist with patient check-in, registration, and maintain patient health and dental records with strong attention to detail and adherence to HIPAA Privacy PracticesEnsure efficient office operations, including distribution/response to mail, scheduling, answering and returning of phone calls, responding to patient billing inquiries, and direction of workflow as necessaryBy joining our team, you will have:PTO accrual & 8 Paid HolidaysPaid Parental LeaveMedical/Vision/Dental Benefits401k MatchAdditional informationWe provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws. Working Environment & Physical RequirementsWorking conditions include those typically seen in an office environment.
