As the General Manager of Encore Lounges you will responsible for: Job Responsibilities: The General Manager is responsible for operating Lobby Bar & Eastside Lounge efficiently within pre-established cost controls.Responsible for managing, scheduling, training restaurant staff and monitoring staff performance. Maintains the department in accordance with Health Department standards. Ensures customer satisfaction through application of outlet and Wynn Las Vegas service standards.
