Maintain correspondence with group to service the customers in an expeditious manner.
Insure the Group Master folios/receivable and advance deposits are in balance.
Insure the group rooms, banquets, food & beverage and incidentals are correctly reflected on the master folios.
Insure the documentation for the billing corresponds with the master billing and balances.
Process daily billing.
