Maintenance holds the responsibility of producing and maintaining the fixtures in guest rooms, employee areas and the Hotel.Job Responsibilities:Responsible for maintaining the upkeep and safety of the property.  Using material handling equipment, forklifts and cart, operating pneumatic, electric, and hand operated digging, jack-hammering, demolition, and cleaning tools and equipment, assisting in the wet cleaning of internal and external water features, working in the tool room, assisting all trades and crafts with routine and emergency work assignments.Responsible for hauling, lifting, and transportation of building materials, supplies, equipment, filters, furniture, and gaming tables.
