As the Manager-in-Training - Beverage, your role will include:The Manager in Training position will rotate through all bars and lounges with an aim to efficiently learn various operationsThis position will be responsible for operating the outlet efficiently, managing, scheduling, training beverage staff, monitoring staff performance, maintaining the department in accordance with Health Department standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction through application of outlet and Wynn Las Vegas service standards.
