I’m a female entrepreneur and content creator in my early 30s currently preparing for an exciting travel season and move abroad. I’m looking for a trustworthy, detail-oriented, and reliable Personal Assistant to support me with general errands, organizing, and packing (especially clothes, shoes, and makeup) as I get ready to hit the road!
In the next few months, I’ll be traveling throughout Europe starting January, so I’m looking for someone who’s either available for short-term help or potentially interested in a longer-term travel-based role.
Through mid November / December, I’ll be traveling to OC, Chicago & NYC before departing abroad.

Short-Term Role:
(Local Help - November to Early January)
Perfect for someone with strong organizational skills, communication, and a love for systems and aesthetics.
Tasks include:
Moving Prep
Photographing individual clothing, shoes, accessories
Neatly packing items into categorized packing cubes
Uploading and organizing photos into folders by suitcase and cube
Creating a digital inventory (Suitcase > Cube > Items > Index sheet)
General Errands
Dropping off returns (Amazon, Whole Foods, USPS, etc.)
Light shopping or picking up essentials
Taking items to the tailor
Handling basic personal communications (calls, emails, etc.)
Travel Booking & Research
Booking beauty/wellness appointments (hair extensions, spas, laser facials, biohacking wellness, etc.)
Researching fun local experiences (tours, activities, photoshoots)
Finding and booking hotels/flights based on location & vibe
Assisting with wardrobe planning based on local trends, weather, and fashion

Long-Term Role:
(Travel-Based Assistant - Starting January)
Ideal for someone with a flexible schedule who loves adventure and is open to traveling internationally. This role goes beyond errands—think lifestyle management, content creation support, and being part of the journey.
You must be:
Easygoing, positive, upbeat, and adaptable
Comfortable with frequent travel and fast-paced environments
Good at keeping things organized while on the move
OK with flying coach with my cat (he’s coming with us, but he’s not allowed in first class, & I won’t put him in cargo!)
Bonus skills:
Aesthetic eye / Creative thinker
Comfortable with photography & videography
Able to edit or coordinate editing for content
Familiar with social media trends, content ideas, and engagement
Experience managing posts, DMs, and community replies
Makeup/hair/styling would be a perk!
