Growing together.As a Pharmacy Technician , you'll be responsible for answering incoming calls and completing outbound calls to/from patients, physicians and pharmacists while ensuring a high level of customer service and maximized productivity. Along the way, you'll discover the training, support and career opportunities you'd expect from a Fortune 5 leader.Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm; Hours may change based on business needsLocation: 1945 Las Vegas Blvd. South Las Vegas, NV 89104 (building is marked as ‘Culinary Pharmacy’); may need to support other locations within the Las Vegas Mero area when business requiresPrimary Responsibilities:

Enter prescriptions and verify appropriate and accurate information; fill & pick up

Contact patients, pharmacists and doctor's offices to resolve claims issues

Process prescriptions (from intake to order completion)

Resolve customer issues; ensuring accurate information is provided

Active and unrestricted Licensed Pharmacy Technician in the state of Nevada

4+ years of experience working as a Pharmacy Technician

Ability to wear a mask at all times during shift if not vaccinated for flu and COVID-19

Ability to stand for the whole work shift

Must be 18 years of age or older

Preferred Qualifications:

Proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications including the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications

National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB)

Bilingual in Spanish and English

Nevada Residents Only: The hourly range for Nevada residents is $16.00 to $28.27 per hour.
