(ASI), a national nonprofit dedicated to providing housing and supportive services for individuals with physical disabilities, seniors, and veterans, is now hiring a full-time Property Management Representative for a newly developed 100-unit affordable housing community for individuals who are blind or visually impaired.Two bedroom apartment available RENT FREE – Must live on site!Our Property Management Representative will play a key role in supporting residents to ensure their success in securing and maintaining permanent housing by functioning as a liaison between residents and on-site, local, and community resources.Property Management Representative responsibilities:  Maintain appropriate records according to U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)Assist ASI staff with intake and the certification. Oversee resident move-in and move-out proceduresPartner with Southern Nevada Regional Housing Authority (SNRHA) with the implementation and management of the Housing Assistance Payments (HAP) contractProduce monthly reporting as required by the Regional Housing ManagerEffectively market Visions Park Apartments to appropriate partners, agencies, and communities and assist with fundraising efforts as requestedWork closely with on-site supportive service providers including the Blind Center of Nevada, and with local advocates  APPLY TODAY!
