Description Robert Half is seeking a skilled Recruiter to join our client's team in Las Vegas. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for the recruitment and selection of exempt and nonexempt positions by developing effective recruiting strategies.Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent

Source and screen candidates for open positions

Conduct interviews and make recommendations for hire

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences

Ensure compliance with federal and state laws regarding employment

Requirements

Four-year college degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or other applicable degree program

Two years of experience in two or more functional areas of human resources, including employment

Computer proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and HRIS databases: Familiarity with iCIMS recruitment software a plus

Demonstrated knowledge of federal and state laws as they apply to human resources management

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Strong decision-making skills and ability to work independently

Knowledge of current healthcare/NHS industry trends and recruitment practices.
